National Volunteer Program Coordinator - Bush Heritage Australia

Take a lead role in the delivery of Bush Heritage’s Volunteer Program including working with key internal stakeholders to establish volunteer and community engagement activities. Actively promote Bush Heritage amongst external partners and stakeholders through your prior experience managing a dynamic volunteer program; coordinating individuals and groups in a membership-based or not-for-profit organisation with a proactive, results-oriented approach. Ideally, you will have an interest in the conservation or environment sector. Knowledge of natural resource management principles and/or a qualification in a HR related discipline is highly desirable. Experience with operations and logistics would be highly regarded. Some travel to remote areas of Australia may be required.

Location: North-East Australia (Cairns or Brisbane preferred), Qld.
Working hours: Full-time, permanent position (p/t flexible options considered).
Salary: circa $80,000 (inclusive of 9.5% superannuation), relocation support available.
