From Crop To Swap - the journey of jeans

The way we dress reflects our personality and our lifestyle choices, and increasingly, we're thinking about the environmental and social impacts of our clothes. What really goes into making them? What are they made of, who made them and how were they made?

This line drawing animation follows the journey of a pair of jeans from crop (the farm) to swap (their second life), and it illustrates some of the reasons why swap parties are great. The clip explores some of the big questions about where our clothes come from and how they’re made.
