Environmental Arts Workshop Facilitator, Reverse Garbage

Reverse Garbage Queensland is seeking someone who is passionate about educating people on issues of sustainability and the environment through their eco-art workshop program. The position consists of approximately two days running workshops for schools, community groups and festivals both on and off site and an additional day undertaking preparation, planning and administrative tasks. There will be occasional workshops on Saturdays or Sundays at weekend events, as required to fulfill the workshop program. Applicants will also be required to work occasional Saturdays in our warehouse, on the sales counter or sorting high quality industrial discards for sale in the warehouse as well as participating in other work of the co-operative.

Location: Brisbane & Gold Coast, Queensland.
Working hours: Permanent part time.
Salary: $18.52 per hour (based on the general retail industry award).
