Their programs support communities to become more sustainable and resilient including to severe weather events, with a culture of self-reliance and innovation.

Green Cross convenes business, government, research and community partnerships to catalyse large projects that advance their mission. They're looking for three special Brisbane-based people who want to help them and their partners build 21st century resilient communities:

Head of Programs
The Head of Programs will report to the CEO and will work with GCA's staff, partners, funding bodies and volunteers as required to ensure the success of GCA. This role will actively participate in Board meetings and strategy development. This position is suitable for an executive from the community sector with evidence of managing multi-stakeholder partnerships, or an executive private/research sectors wishing to contribute back to the community. A minimum of six years of relevant experience is required with evidence of building trusting partnerships and outcome driven initiatives. Candidates with established networks in one or more of the following areas encouraged to apply: sustainability, community safety including disaster preparedness/response, education, urban development.
Salary: Annual salary of $70,000 -­ $85,000 depending on experience, including 9% superannuation plus
four-­weeks annual leave.

Web Content Manager
The Web Content Manager will report to the CEO and will work with GCA's external web development supplier, other staff members, partners and volunteers as required to ensure the success of GCA. This position is suitable for an entrepreneurial Creative Industries expert with a minimum of two years hand on experience in maintaining and developing online programs.
Salary: Annual salary of $50,000 ‐ $65,000, depending on experience, including 9% superannuation plus
four-­weeks annual leave.

Executive Support and Office Manager
The Executive Support and Office Manager will report to the CEO and will work with other staff members, partners and volunteers in any areas required to ensure the success of GCA. This position is suitable for either a capable recent graduate with some work experience or an experienced administration professional wishing to give back to the community sector.
Salary: Annual salary of $40,000 ‐ $45,000, depending on experience, including 9% superannuation plus
four-­weeks annual leave.
