Being a vegetarian not only means you can reduce your meat consumption and eco-footprint but also adopt a healthy diet for yourself. The Canberra Environment Centre’s vegetarian cooking workshop present an opportunity for vegetarians and those looking to make the switch to share ideas and learn more skills and knowledge and look for cooking inspirations.
Where: ANU Food Co-op Shop and Café, 3 Kingsley Street, Canberra ACT.
When: 3pm – 4:30pm, Saturday 29 June, 2013.
Cost: $15 or $10 for concessions / Carbon Challenge participants.
