Skillset is proud to be a service partner delivering Green Army programs for Campbell Page and Tafe NSW on behalf of the Australian Government. The Green Army is a hands-on, practical, grassroots environmental action program that supports local environmental and heritage conservation projects across Australia.

Skillset are seeking a dynamic Administrator to support the Green Army programs managed by Skillset.

Your main responsibilities will include:

* Work closely to support the Green Army Field Coordinator & all Team Supervisors with guidance and support for all administration related tasks
* Lead new Green Army program start-ups – recruitment, on location information sessions, inductions, uniforms, issuing contracts & all aspects of team administration
* Proactively support Team Supervisors with participant issues such as absenteeism, misconduct & external issues which impact on their program participation
* Manage & monitor to ensure all administration & compliance requirements are met by Skillset in line with our contractual arrangements with Campbell Page
* Managing the flow of information to and from Campbell Page

To be considered for this role you will have:
* Significant team administration experience, ideally with relevant formal education qualifications
* Proven project tracking & reporting experience
* Above average Excel skills & previous usage of all Microsoft Office software
* Experience with a variety of on-trend social media platforms
* Experience working with internal & external stakeholders to meet program deliverables
* The ability to travel within NSW to achieve the operational needs of the position
* A current C Class Drivers licence with an acceptable driving history record
* Ideally, experience in working with community groups and/or environmental projects
