Your role
As a Sustainable Projects Manager you will be responsible for turning great sustainability and community ideas into reality. Working closely with the wider Development and Project Management teams to create and deliver sustainable development initiatives across our Residential Communities business, so that we continue to carve the way as one of Australia's leaders in sustainability. Specifically you will engage with project teams to identify opportunities and deliver infrastructure that achieve more sustainable and liveable project outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Responding effectively to the changing market and customer demands for sustainable community needs, design and amenity;
• Provide advice to both internal and external project teams and consultants on sustainable project initiatives;
• Preparing and delivering on Stockland wide Sustainability Strategy and;
• Identifying collaboration opportunities to deliver sustainable and liveable infrastructures.

About You
You will have a proven track record of achieving results through influencing and execution as well exceptional communication and customer engagement skills as you partner with key stakeholders including government agencies, 3rd party consultancies and internal divisions. You will have the ability to think outside of the box and solve problems. You will be degree qualified in civil or environmental engineering, architecture, landscape architecture or related disciplines and have a genuine interest and commitment to work in this space.
