A delicious annual foodie event with celebrity chef and Masterchef winner, Kate Bracks. With a strong focus on local produce, be inspired and create with Kate as she shares the passion, skills and secrets of her perfect Autumn Family Feast. The full day event starts with an arrival morning tea and meet and greet by the view, followed by the masterclass, where Kate will demonstrate techniques, with plenty of opportunity for hands-on experience. The whole group, along with the chefs, will sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labour… a relaxed shared banquet matched with local wines.

Corroboree Sydney 2014

Sydney’s second Corroboree festival features tours of major cultural institutions, an indigenous arts market and a film program. The largely free event will conclude with a free outdoor performance by Bangarra Dance Theatre on the Sydney Opera House forecourt, to celebrate their 25th anniversary. The Australian Museum’s new exhibition Corrobborree Sydney is featuring a range of workshops and classes in conjunction with the festival, including Aboriginal Storytelling, an Education Program and a Behind the Scenes Tour.

After a few years in Sydney, SUSTAIN 2013, the tweaked reinvention of the Organic Expo & Green Show, will be returning to Melbourne. The event promotes all things; certified organic, fair trade & sustainable, green, ethical and allergy conscious.

This year will see Samantha Gowing the Head Chef and Nutritionist at Cabarita Ocean Health Retreat, cooking delicious and healthy recipes on the Demonstration Stage.

There are no fees for exhibitor sites so it will be a unique opportunity to catch new, green, start-up orginisations. Stalls are encouraged to formally present information on the sustainable aspects of their business, so there will be plenty of inspiration for those looking for a new green project.
