A huge new coal mine – the largest in Australia – in Queensland’s Galilee Basin, was approved by the federal government today.
The Nature Conservation Council of NSW (NCC of NSW) seeks a dedicated staff member for their coal and gas campaigns. You would work with our members, supporters and the broader community on the Central Coast to build support for environmentally and socially responsible public policy in relation to mining and gas. Recruiting and supervising volunteers, you'd also collaborate with associated members and work actively to expand and engage a network of supporters and campaign partners.
Location: Central coast, NSW.
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 pa. plus super.
