As Taronga Zoo’s Behavioural Biologist, you will manage the daily operation of the Behavioural Studies Unit including keeper requests; site wide enrichment programs; volunteer training, needs and responsibilities; as well as undertake project based research.

Reporting to the Manager, Research and Conservation, this key role will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive enrichment program and a targeted behavioural research program that helps us better understand and conserve wildlife. You will need to be a creative and innovative thinker who works well in a team and has a passion for animal welfare and conservation.

Location: Taronga Zoo, Mosman, Sydney, NSW.
Salary: Clerk grade 6.
